Silicone Based Grind Defoamer for Aqueous Systems
W´Add 6226 is suitable for all kinds of aqueous and water thinnable systems like printing inks as well as paints and coatings for brush, roll, spray and dip application.
It offers very good defoaming properties in acrylic-, styrene acrylic- and polyurethane dispersions, alkyd emulsions and hybrid systems.
W´Add 6226 needs high shear forces for incorporation and therefore should be incorporated preferably in the grinding process.
