W´Thix SD 6051 is a thixotropic long oil alkyd resin, mainly for the manufacture of primers, fillers, gloss paints and silk gloss paints.
W´Thix SD 6051 is especially recommended for primers, gloss paints and silk gloss paints as well as in thick layer anti corrosion systems.
All these paint systems show very good application properties while brushing rolling and spraying. W´Thix SD 6051 reduces sagging from vertical surfaces.
W´Thix SD 6051 has an improved stability against polar solvents, matting agents and driers. Therefore W´Thix SD 6051 for example can also be used in colour paste systems.
