Universal Rheometre

Rheomat RM 200 TOUCH is a shear rate imposed rheometer with a wide range of variable speeds from 0,3 to 1500 rpm. The RM 200 TOUCH generates and modelises flow curves without using a computer.

Its modern springless technology and sturdy design ensures undeniable reliability. The RM200 TOUCH has a 7” touch screen and comes with a stylus. This easy-to-use screen lets you see all measurement parameters at the same time. With iths high torque up to 40mNm, RM200 TOUCH is capable of rheological analysis of liquids up to 510 million cP depending on the selected measuring system and speed.

RM 200 Touch has a integrated temperature sensor and it is delivered with a laboratory stand but without measuring system. Required measuring system or systems shall be ordered individually.

RM200 Touch, also has a LR Version which allows higher accuracy for determination of the appearent viscosity of low viscosity liquids. Instruments come with a calibration certificate.

One Instrument
Multi Measuring System

Like other Lamy Viscometers, RM200 TOUCH is also designed and manufactured to run with different measuring systems. The RM200 TOUCH is capable of measuring both appearent viscosity measurement acc. to ISO2555, ISO3219, ISO 2884-1 ICI Cone & Plate and MS-BV1-1000 measuring systems as well as KU measurements acc. to ASTM 562 - TS 5809 Krebs-Stormer Method used in paint industry.

Springless Design

Lamy Rheoeters does not contain any spring for torque measurements. This innovative design allows measurements without being effected by the ambient temperature and also avoids the necessity of precise leveling of the instrument. RM200 Touch is designed for tough industrial enviroments as well as fine laboratory conditions.

Reological Analysis

RM200 TOUCH can measure and analyse the rheological behaviours of liquids under different share rates without need of a computer. Optionally data can be transfer to computer for further analysis with Rheomatic software.

This measuring system is widely used in coating industry to determine the viscosity of paints, varnishes and other coatings in grams or Kreps-Unit (KU) in accordance with ASTM D562.

Together with viscometer B-One Touch or First RM Toch, standard range of 40-141KU is measurable while with high torque range of RM100 allows you to measure the products with viscosities up to ~250KU. To measure the viscosities of putties and pastes, a low torque "paste spindle" is also available for all BO, First RM and RM100.
