W´Kyd B 868 is a long oil alkyd based on drying vegetable fatty acids for high quality decorative and house paints.
W´Kyd B 868 is especially developed for high quality non-yellowing gloss paints such as all sorts of house paints and trade sales.
Due to the low viscosity and very good pigment wetting properties, the gloss paints have excellent brushability, high film build, very good levelling properties and high gloss and gloss retention.
The very good touch-dry and through-dry properties make it possible to work economically and rationally. Although the drying is quick, the film remains open long enough for painting large surfaces. Until 15 minutes after application it is still possible to remove sagging or drops without brush marks.
W´Kyd B 868 may be added to medium or long oil alkyds to improve brushability, levelling and gloss.
