W´Add VP 120 P is a white, free flowing powder especially developed as a flow, leveling and substrate wetting agent, to correct surface imperfections in powder coatings based on different resins.

W´Add VP 120 P is used in epoxy-, hybrid-, polyester-, acrylic and other powder coating systems. W´Add VP 120 P improves leveling and eliminates air entrapment, orange peel, pinholes, craters and other surface defects. The optimum concentration for each specific system should be determined by a serial laboratory test. The usual concentration may vary from 0.5 – 1.5% calculated on total formulation.

As a free flowing powder W´Add VP 120 P is easy to disperse. For best results W´Add 120 P should be dry blended with the other powder coating compounds and then homogenized in an extruder.
