Resiflow CP 77

Resiflow CP 77 is a free flowing powder used as a flow control agent and especially as an anti-cratering agent in powder coating applications.

Resiflow CP 77 is used in powder coatings based on epoxy-, polyester-, acrylic- and epoxy/polyester resins. The usual surface defects such as orange peel effect, pinholes, craters and other imperfections can be eliminated by incorporating 0.5 - 1.5% of Resiflow CP 77. The optimal additional quantity should be tested by a serial investigation. The anticratering effect of Resiflow CP 77 is excellent. Therefore Resiflow CP 77 can also be used as repair additive or in combination with other compatible flow additives to avoid cratering with good levelling at the same time. The recommended dosage is then 0.2 - 0.5%.

For best results Resiflow CP 77 should be dry-blended with the other powder coating compounds and then homogenized in an extruder.
