Surfix Easy provides a fast, non-destructive, accurate coating measurement. Four Types are available: Surfix Easy I-F operates only with the magnetic method (TS 2311 EN ISO 2178) to measure the coating thickness on ferrous substrates like steel and iron, while Surfix Easy I-FN operates both with magnetic method and the eddy current method (TS 2674 EN ISO 2360) in order to measure on non-ferrous surfaces like aluminium, brass, zinc, etc..
Surfix Easy E-F and Surfix Easy E-FN has the same specifications with an external probe with cable instead of the integrated probe.
In Surfix Easy FN substrate recognition is fully automatic right after positioning the probe on the surface. All four types provides also statistical data (N, Avg, Std. Dev., Min, Max) over a number of measurements.
Surfix Easy is ideal for Powder Coaters, Paint shops, Automotive and Ship building industry..
